This notice explains how MolDent Travel ("we", "us") uses the personal information you give us when you ask for a treatment plan, book a call or travel with us.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country and town.
• Health information: the treatments you're interested in, what you tell us about your teeth, and any photos or X-rays you choose to share.
• Trip details: when you would like to travel, the services you'd like us to arrange, and your budget range.
• How you found us: for example the advert or website that sent you to us.

Why we use it

We use your information to review your case with a partner clinic, prepare your treatment plan and quote, arrange travel you ask us to arrange, and contact you about your enquiry. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent, which you give on our form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the partner clinic reviewing your case and, if you ask us to arrange travel, with the relevant hotels, drivers or travel providers. Our website and customer records are hosted by Netlify, and calls are booked through Calendly. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 24 months of our last contact. If you travel with us, we keep records for as long as we need them for aftercare and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing moldenttravel@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
